- These horses can survive on desert scrub and low grass. This can help them survive in the dry season.

- Stallions fight to the death for leadership this doesn't nessecarily help the horses but it is a important part of their society.
- In times of danger the horses circle up around the babies and the stallions charge the predators this helps them save their babies and continue their population.
- They find safety in numbers and live in large groups this helps them escape from predators.
- Different groups will share the land if needed to survive this helps them thrive in small areas.
